$49 OTA Install option

I see in the pricing sticky that we can get an OTA antenna installed for $49. Neither my installer nor the dish website have any information regarding this. Can someone point me to the details or some kind of reference code for the installer to lookup.

I think the offer starts april 1st with the 200 dollar rebate offer.
