My now replaced 4dtv 920 could hardly get any picture quality (maybe a reading of 1 SOMETIMES...mostly 0) on the HBO G1 transponders. I have a 15yr old Winegard 8ft perf dish with a 5 yr old 20d C band lnb as well as a .6d KU lnb
The new 922 gets a reading of 52+ on all the HBO channels I have checked. Still nowhere near Starz, but maybe I will subscribe again when the Starz subscription runs out. I guess the 922 is more than just a pretty face after all! Now I am back in the mood and will be really fine tuning the dish which I have not done in years! No Pizza Pan for me!
I am about to add a new Viewsat Extreme FTA to the system...should really be a killer syatem! (assuming I can figure FTA out!)
