510 and OTA from 811

Hi all,
First post here. I've enjoyed reading and learning from all of you. I'm wondering if I'll be able to record my DT OTA channels from my 811 to a 510.

It will only work with what is in the guide on the 510. I didnt think the 510 had inputs on it (I know my 508 doesnt)

Even the 721, which HAS A/V inputs on the front of the unit, can ony record from the satellite data stream. Incredibly disappointing? You betcha!

Man! In most cases it won't matter, except CBS.

After talking with Dish it appears the hold out with my local CBS affiliate is over and it's been added to my locals package. Pays to check now and then. Anyway, problem solved. Thanks guys.
