522/625 Lockup Issues Last Night and Today?

I have a customer that is having lockup issues with his 522/625 receiver since last night. Every two or three hours it locks up on him and he has to reboot the receiver to get it to work right again. It happened once last night around 10 pm and today at around 10 am and 2 pm. Is anybody else experiencing any issues or know what may be causing this?

No problems on my own setup. Possible outlet power problem?

No problems here either with a 625. Ask the customer if there's been any changes in the configuration.
