Yeah, I went looking for it in the Uplink Center but couldn't find it either. And of course you know that link you posted is not allowing even us Pub members to see it.
It remind me kids/grandkids behavior in city park: "It's MY sandbox ! Go from here !" - "OK, do play alone, dude." - In next one close to first: "You can't dig here too ! Go away !" ...
I usually assume an innocent accident before accusing folks of childish or anticompetitive behavior. 
You are still ignoring P. Smith? We were discussing where his very abbreviated summary uplink report went. He posted it during the time you were having technical difficulties with your automated report this afternoon. A mod (apparently) moved Smith's thread from the main Dish Network page into oblivion.

JL = James Long? I gather the rather unkind interpretations you offer above are familiar. But I never frequent that other site so I can't say for sure. If you are right, then it won't be the first time people have escaped from tyranny, only to become tyrannical themselves. (I'm thinking of the pilgrims.)
