6 x 8 Multiswitch for KA/KU Dish

If I'm not running more than 4 TV's its not necessary to use the 6 x 8 multiswitch??? Im having some serious problems since installing the KA/Ku Dish over the weekend. H20 is locking up and resetting on its on, local channels are mainly causing the lock up. Any ideas???

what software version do you have on the H20 ?

also do you have the little b-band convertor thingy hooked up in the back of the H20 ?
