622, PVR, TV2 and IR

I have read several posts and looked at the manual for 622 and I think this is not possible, but thought I will ask:

I currently have a 211 and 311. I use the 311 to watch live programs - SD and HD.
I use the 311 exclusively to record SD using my home-built PVR.

I want to get a 622, but not sure if I can replace both my 211 and 311 with the 622.

- TV1 HDMI (or component) goes to my TV for live SD/HD viewing
- TV2 SD goes to my PVR. Now, the real question is: TV2 can be controlled only by UHF or can it be done using IR. This is because my PVR needs to change channels using IR blaster.

Based on what I know, TV2 cannot accept IR. Is there any alternatives?
Is there any other way that channels can be changed for TV2?

The way I use TV2 to my DVD Hard Drive Recorder is to set a View Channel timer shortly before the event to be recorded. That turns on TV2's output. I also set a DVR Event as a backup incase the DVD messes up.
Basically, use a TV2 timer to set the channel and record a Line input on the DVD.
