622 won't turn on

My 622 won't turn on with the remote or the power button on the unit. If I soft boot it (hold the power button) it turns on and works fine. Any suggestions before I call Dish?

Are you waiting for it after you hit the button? It does take a couple seconds to come on after hitting the button.

Yeah, I've waited. The only new thing I've done is change to VoIP about a month ago, but it's worked fine until yesterday.

Try a full power cord reboot. Also if still a problem try temporily disconnecting the phone cable (since you mentioned a voip change).
