625 with TV2 stuck aquiring signal

Here is a good one. I think...
I have a 625 upsairs in the media room. It feeds two TVs. TV1 is fine and I am able to tune to whatever shows I want. TV2 is showing the "Aquiring signal" message and is stuck at 0 of 5. And there is no meaningfull response from the remote.

I'm having a similar problem with a 622 and 2 508's. It started 2 weeks ago.
Service person has been out twice to work on it, can't seem to really find anything wrong. Replaced the DPP44 switch last week and this lasted about 4 days and now its doing the same thing again; acquiring signal and never moves off 0. They are supposed to be out again today. This has been going on for 2 weeks now on and off and its getting frustrating!!
