721 With only one Sat.

Heres my situation I have a 721 With a DP500 setup Dual LNB but only have one side of the lnb hooked up. There is no way of getting a cable form my dish to my 721 to hook up to Sat 2 input. Is there any way i can still use the 721 until the DP44 comes out. All i keep getting is some kind of dish mertric or dish legacy error.

I believe the answer is NO. That's certainly the case for a 921, and they're similar boxes.
