722k noisy ?

ok so I had my new receivers installed . And now I notice today that the 722k sounds like my computer. I guess this would be the fan ? . it has been running for a few hours. I don't think it's supposed to be running all the time. any one know anything about this.

Unplug the receiver count to 15 and plug it back in.. Hopefully a hard reboot will help it..

Same thing on my.. eventho I've shut it off.. it is in standby mode, you can still hear it humming..

Is it inside a cabinet?? Is there at least 2 inches of clearance on each side of the receiver?

no actualy it was sitting on the wood floor wide open. I unplugged it and restarted it and so far it has seemed to fix the problem.
