My two 722Ks live side by side, connected to the same outlet.

they also have their phone lines plugged in.

my original idea was dropping all home phone lines and thought dishcomm a nice easy way top keep them connected. I only have one ethernet outlet easily available and honestly want to cut down on the number of wires and cables here

but it appears my dishcomms are flake, they lose one another. wonder why that is?

My entertainment center switch connects my 622, slingbox, security cameras, iMac, Fyre box and future 3D Blu-ray player.

Something about your home electrical wiring most likely. Though it's not unusual to hear about a dish receiver that has dishcomm problems.
