Maps indicate it will spill into the SW CONUS
IS 30 & IS 31 colocated with G3
One satellite with H and the other V transponders

A wideband LNB/F may be required because it's just below our 'normal' C band frequencies (3700-4200)
Think it's going to be a challenge for some as this band is being used for wireless internet http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_WLAN_channels#3.6.C2.A0GHz_.28802.11y.29

There are threads here where it's been found to be problematic on the 3.7 - 4.2 band.
