A Billing Question

I have two Samsung HD receivers and two tivo receivers on two different televisons.

Direct is billing me for 4 receivers@ 4.99 a month. Is this correct. I have Total Choice Plus programming.

You should be billed for:

Total Choice Plus
Additional Receiver x3

Your first receiver is what you pay full price for your programming, the Additional Receiver fee is for each additional receiver after the first.

So you should only be paying that $4.99 x3. Make an account at Directv.com and see if there are any other older accidently active receivers on your account.

I also get billed 4.99 for what they call a DVR fee. Didi Direct change their billing procedures on dvr's. It seems like they are exaclty like dish was when I was with them. Am I wrong about this?

Sorry, overlooked the TiVos, the $4.99 per houshold DVR fee is correct.
