Has anyone noticed that A&E HD started out broadcasting in DD 5.1 but doesn’t now?

Has anyone noticed that A&E HD started out broadcasting in DD 5.1 but doesn’t now?

what show was 5.1.. I have not seen a single thing that is.

CSI Miami or at least some of the episodes were in 5.1. I was watching one episode two or three days after A&E HD came on Dish it was in 5.1. The sound went off for a few minuets when the sound came back it was not in 5.1 any more. After that I have not seen anything on A&E that indicated that it was in 5.1.
