Call your station, ask for the engineer... sometimes they screw up thier psip data... making it invisible...

Today I received a call from them explaining that a card had gone out in one of their transmitters and would be fixed in a day or so.
Taking the time to respond to my complaint, since I am not really a direct customer of theirs, per se, was a nice gesture.
A lot of businesses could learn something from this gesture.
