Sorry, I don't mean to ask stupid questions, but I tried and I tried to add a second Tv to my 622 and it doesn't happen. I ran the coax, got the CABLE channel on the second TV (100) (BTW the CABLE channel selection on my 1st Tv is 102???) and i could see the program guide, but no picture. The receiver is in dual mode it's on a ENABLE shared view. At some point I could see (on the 2nd TV) a message that it is ACQUIRING a satellite signal, but it wasn't going nowhere.
One more thing, on the OUTPUT menu I have 2 XX (red squares) under 2nd output.

I have a dual DISH 500 and get 100 strength on 110 and 119.

On the back of the ViP 622, there are two Satellite Inputs. Do you have 2 cables going to those 2 jacks, or one cable with a DP Separator to feed both?

Does your Dish 500 have a DishPro Plus Twin LNBF? On the back of the LNBF it will either say nothing of the sort, DishPro, or DishPro Plus. You said dual, does that mean two LNBF's, or a single LNBF that is a twin?

Do you have a switch in the system, if so, what kind?

From the wall I have one cable going to a DP, that came with the 622, and it feeds both Sat 1 and Sat 2. I do have a twin LNBF (it's a 7-8 Year old dish), so it's not a DishPro Plus.
Not sure about the switch, I haven't changed/touched it since I had the dish.
