Is there anywhere in North America where one could purchase an Amiko Receiver? If not, can one be purchased outside of North America and shipped in?

Not sure which Amiko model you are interested in but I found this NEW version of the Amiko Mini HD SE a bit ago:

Might be an option but not sure how performance compares to the original as I have not seen any reviews yet.
