So I have a customer who is modulating his dish picture through channel 3 and I am trying to combine the modulated channel with an amplified antenna, but amp ch creates sparkles in the picture. Is there a way to filter out the noise.

....or mirrored tv's (works fine if the second TV is a small TV for the kitchen for example...)
Try to switch the modulator on CH4?
Make sure that you combine the signal between the tv and before the power inserter for the amplified OTA
