Another weird question...?

Why is there 2 feeds of certain channels on dish network? ex, DIY on 111 or so and then on an 800 channel #, why am I not receiving both feeds?? Is there a way or reason why I am not getting these because it says on my channel package I should have both feeds.....on the phone w/ Dish now, what should I do or say to get both feeds or is there a difference in the 2 feeds of those random channels?

They are the same channel, just appear with different numbers in different packages. The ones in the 800's are for the Latino pack. You aren't missing anything.

ok, didn't at one time we received them and then they took them away?

nope

The English channels that are in the DishLatino packs are in the 800's
The Spanish channels that are in the English packages are in the 270's

And no it isnt taking up any extra bandwidth. The channel is just "mirrored" at another spot
