Antenna Pointing

I put up my ota antenna and after tweaking have a problem receiving two stations, NBC(channel 3 vhf) and WB(channel 55 uhf). According to antennaweb I shoud be pointed at 235'(zip 44077) and all stations are with in 35 miles of me. I know 235 is magnetic north so I played around with the antenna direction a little, but 235 seemed right on the money (South West)
Any reasons why I cant pick up those two channels.
Im using an RCA 3036 antenna and a Radio Shack 1109 pre amp, if that matters.

if your looking to get digital/hd signal:
they could be broadcasting in low power.
