I rebuilt my moms old house and sold it just over a year ago. its not easy making money like that and buyers can be a pain...

still I kinda enjoyed the experience and wouldnt mind doing it again.

house was run down but had no mortage, the proceeds nearly paid off our house mortage its down to 5 grand. should of been zero by now, wife decided new car was must have

I've just started watching it. I've seen the last three shows. With my luck, I'd buy my first house, it would not sell and I'd be more in debt than I am now. I like Ginger too, but I bet Richard is a hoot to be around.
