I bought this 1 meter dish but didn't come with LNB arm and I am trying to find what type or the manufacturer on it so hopefully I can find the part I am looking for.

There are no stamps or tags on it except a small tag that says "made in Englan" and I am hoping with the attached picture someone can identify the dish and help me out otherwise, I probably need to throw it in the trash..

Thank you

yea, me too

It looks like a prime focus parabolic designed to be one half of a point-to-point terrestrial microwave link.
I have my eye on one of those. It's pointed level... at the horizon.
And it's a prime focus. Looks to be about four feet across.
Has a plastic (?) cylinder extending a couple of feet out from the center.

A dish is a dish, so I wonder how it'd work for Ku?
Or how I'd rig an LNB to it . . . ?

Well, worse come to worse, it'd still make a nice solar cooker. :)

It would be fun to play with.

I'm guessing the one you are coveting is a Cassegrain setup. The cylinder in the center would be the secondary reflector, feedhorn, and LNB assembly. (Assuming it is the receive side of a one-way link.) The LNB points outward, sort of like a T-90, but the reflection path is coaxial, rather than offset as is the case with the T-90.

Attached Image: a much larger example to illustrate the concept
