I am getting a new DVR and here is my question.....I have some sports highlights of my son playing football currently saved on my existing DVR (I recorded the local news). Is there anyway I can copy these DVR'd highlights to a disc somehow? Or are they just going to be gone when I get my new DVR?

If I can, does anyone have the info on what I need in order to do so?

Thanks!

If you have a DVD recorder you can.
Run an output from the D* recvr to the DVD recorder and copy. :)
