I have waivers post 1999. Got them in 2004. Anyone get a post card who had waivers after 1999? Does this mean we will keep DNS and locals?

NBC was granted, Directv screwed up and reapplied me, they put in the notes I was approved however.
ABC they just turned on in 2004 without waiver. I am in Chicago!
