Anyone hear of world space radio?

The site sounded pretty straightforward to me. WorldSpace serves the United Arab Emirates with XM-style music and talk.

"XM Radio is a sister concern of Worldspace, and holds the rights for North America."
 
Actually, WorldSpace serves a much larger region. It was originally created to provide an some kind of a broadcasting service to third-world countries in Africa, Asia, and Latin America, but it seems as if most of the clientele has been in more affluent first-world nations. AFAIK, the current satellites cover at least Africa, the Middle East, and much of Europe. I don't think the Latin American satellite is operational yet, but I may be wrong.
