Can you get it over the air? It's possible they are not providing enough signal to E*... If E* is not reciving a clean enough signal their "automatic" equipment will throw up a Test Pattern until signal is received.
Just got this reply this morning from them.
As of the morning of Dec. 28, our analog and digital transmitters were off the air to facilitate repair of our antenna/transmission line. We are hoping this will be fixed by noon today, depending on the weather. Thank you for your patience and concern!
