Anyone using the LG Shine cell phone?

I just started a new wireless service with AT&T and was torn between the FREE Motorola RAZR V3 and the LG Shine ($99). I chose the Shine, but was wondering if anyone has any hands on with either of these phones and if so, what do you think? I have 30 days to make a change. Does anyone know of a reason why I should have taken the RAZR (other than the price)?

I wouldn't own another Razr except to cut my own throat with if I ever bought another one.
