Thinking about switching due to Comcast's cost for HSI since Im not a customer.

I notice they have a "networking" fee. Is that required for multiple computers or just something they offer and has other features.

What Im wondering is, can I hook up the dsl modem to my linksys router and have wireless like I do in the house without paying Bellsouth a fee. I remember when Comcast used to charge you per computer and just wondering if that is what this is.

Bellsouth provides DSL modems with integrated router, you can configure it in "bridge" mode, configure your existing router for PPPoE and you're good to go.

If you order it through DISH, you can get their extra $10 discount off your DISH bill for 10 months for internet service.

Im in Sc and we were Bellsouth. When I look on line dish says not in my area. Im thinking its because our area was D*/Bellsouth. Im probably outta luck until ATT anounces who theyll pick.
