Please how many FTA channels are on Astra 2B Steerable KU Beam to West Africa. Check out http://www.ses-astra.com/satellites/steerable.shtml and help me get the no of FTA channels here.

But what a great selection of FTA channels the lucky folks of Europe have, and this is only one satellite. Hope someone can help you further.

Looks like the steerable beam is going to be used by IP Direct, a Johannesburg company, to provide broadband internet access. See http://quickstart.clari.net/qs_se/webnews/wed/ce/Bses-astra.RNfn_DO1.html

So no channels????????

so is it that there are no channels at all on Astra 2b west africa beam? if yes, then what other satellite transmit FTA channels other than PAS10, and NSS7 on KU band?
