AT&T Knocked for 'Inferior' PEG Channels

If AT&T isn't willing to provide PEG carriage that is comparable to that of any other basic SD channel, then they will soon enough be forced to do so. I suggest they solve these problems soon, before Congressional leaders take an interest, as they did with Comcast. Especially since no channel uses bandwidth unless someone's watching it on the U-Verse system, why not give PEG programmers the same equal access to bandwidth as a regular SD channel?
