AT&T Needs Property Owners' Consent To Install U-verse Equipment

I would be happy for AT&T to install U-Verse equipment on my property. I'd let them place hardware anywhere permitted by my subdivision covenants.
All I ask is this - U-Verse Internet Pro (6.0) to be provided to my house for $20 or less as long as I live here. And no, I don't want video, thanks anyway, but I'll take the bandwidth. :D
 
I guess the land ownership in Conn is different than Michigan. All the Uverse boxes here that I see are withing a few feet of the road in the space between the sidewalk and the road and are not legally on any private property.
 
Possibly LER. Although I think Michigan passed a law that gave ATT a statewide franchise to install wherever they wanted as incentive to open up competition and create a few jobs. Obviously, that's not a Conneticut law though.
