AT9 and Ground

I had my AT9 installed over a year ago by DTV installer. After reading the forums, I went and checked my dish and found that it not grounded.

Should I call DTV and have them send an installer to ground it? Will I be liable for this service call considering it is over a year old?

I would give them a call and see what they say.
(You could ground it yourself, if you don't want to deal with them coming out).
regardless, it SHOULD be grounded.

On the other hand have you had problems in the last year? If it ain't broke don't fix it.
