Atlanta locals on 129

I know that the Atlanta HD locals are on 129, I am not sure about the SD. I am thinking about moving my dish pointed at 61.5 to 129 but am not sure if I can get 129 so far south, I am right on the line between getting or not getting signal. Does anyone else in South Georgia use the 129 sat.? Are Atlanta SD and HD locals on spotbeam and how far south does the spotbeam go?

Atlanta HD's are on 129W CONUS TP 4.

Atlanta SD's are on 110W 20s6 w/ PBS on 119 7s14
