Audio Freeze with P3.33?

I seem to be having a reoccuring audio freeze on HD channels only. This occurs with both OTA HD and Dish & VOOM HD. I will be watching and then I get what I can only describe as a vibrating shrill noise from my speakers.

All I have to do is change the channel then change it back but I have never had this problem before the new P3.33 download. Anyone else had this problem?

I do not get the shrill, but my audio just drops out.

Chnl + then down solves it

audio drops here also, only experienced it with OTA though, while watching football,then I switched over to my 625 for the rest of the shows!

I havent had it yet. Are you using the rca outputs or the optical one?

I've had this problem before P3.33, and I still have it. It seems to be triggered (in my case) by OTA signal strength fluctuations on a marginal station. The 811 is not a great OTA receiver.

I have had the same problem on the HD channels prior to 3.33. I was hoping the "upgrade" would fix it.

Voom audio & video is horrible, but I can't tell if it's an 811 issue or an uplink issue. The picture on MonstersHD went into the mode where it would show only the key frames, not the intermediate frames. A channel-up, channel-down fixed it.

i also noticed the scrambled letters in the EPG werent fixed with p333..
