Bad receiver?

Greetings.
I have a coship cdvb5300b receiver. Whenever I change from a Horizontal to a Vertical transponder I lose the signal and wont get it back unless I change transpoders a couple of times. I have two LNBs and it makes no difference. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I would check the receivers output voltage (Satellite in)..... should be 18v on a H TP. and 13v on a V TP.

If thats OK try a 3rd LNBF!

Thanks for the response. Its definetly the receiver, half the time it doesn"t change voltage when i try to change polarity. Any suggestions on a new one?
