If SRCOu is suppose to be SRC Outauis/Ottawa it still not broadcast as of yet,

Though some of the locals say available it should be noted hat some of these "locals are not available to all BEV viewers and are only available to thoose in those cities. If I recall there are only a few like that here ar the ones

Thee "supposely are only avialable to those in these areas but I'mm receiving themm for some reason

The reason for these channeks not being available to everyone is do to some deal BEV signed with I think it was the CBA or some thing like that

Yep, the disclaimer for the "available" flag is, it looks to be available.
