Boost signal

Can you boost the sattelite signal...for some reason my installer ran the coax a long way around the house.

OK, so it's a long way. What do you see when you look at transponders 10 and 11 on 110 and 119?

110-10 is a spotbeam - not good for signal checking.

yep..sorry...so roughly 600 ft of coax would not have that much signal loss?

600' of coax just to go the long way around the house would mean a HUGE house, and a HUGE signal loss - and no way to get those numbers (unless you were using like 2" heliax. :lol: ). Sixty feet on the other hand is nothing at all.
