My Azbox has decided it wants to boot up in PAL, rather than NTSC.

How do I correct this when I am unable to see the menu screen? Already tried updating firmware to no avail....

Hit the "resolution" button and watch the front of the box. It'll go through 1080i, 1080p etc, select which resolution you want, hit enter, and then it should let you choose between PAL and NTSC.

Edit: It may also send you through selecting your input type (component, composite, HDMI) before you get to the NTSC/PAL part. I'm not at home right now so I can't remember the exact order it goes in.

Also the resolution button is on the remote under the directional pad section. It's black with white writing.

The remote control has a button marked "RESOLUTION". When you push it you'll see menu options on the front of the Azbox. I don't remember the sequence but you'll be able to select output connection (I.e. HDMI), NTSC or PAL, and resolution (i.e. 720p, 1080p, etc).
