Brand New LNB Won't Work

I bought a Brand New LNB C/U /KU Here is the exact item i bought from Prime Focus,And i can't seem to get my feedhorn cover on now and I can't seem to get anything from it.What could i be doing wrong .I have a Corator II feedhorn both CU and KU band To much money for something that doesn't work

Not seeing a link, going to delete your earlier post as it is a dup of this one...
 
This is not the same question different LNB if you will see it .Im looking for some ideas for both different LNBs
