iam hooking up this lnb to receive analog c band channels, not too sure about it ,anyone have any ideal

A BSC621 should be a LNBF, dual band - C & Ku. It requires 13 volts to it to select Vertical Polarity. And 18v to select horizontal. Don't think that receiver is compatible. Think it supplies 18 to 24v at all times for use with an LNB mounted to a feed horn. (typical Chaparral Examples) The polarity is controlled by the servo on the feed horn. (Three small wires to it)
If you have need for a replacement C band LNB, an ESX 211 (or similar) is the way to go.

Analog receivers can't do the switch but if you run a cable for both c and Lu. I think most analog boxes had a input for each Hope this helps

You are right, The BSC 621 is a standard linear LNBF and it will require 13 volts and 18 volts to switch the polarity.
The BSC 621 D2 is a universal LNBF which you can use the KU side as universal.
