Washington – The founders of cable network WealthTV, along with their former Clinton White House lawyer, have been critical of Time Warner Cable’s bargaining tactics, telling regulators at the Federal Communications Commission that new carriage rules are needed to protect it and other independent programmers from discriminatory conduct.
