I am in Toronto and I have a 10 ft mesh dish with c and ku band lnbs. Is it possible to get the sattelites that use the R and L frequencies? If not can anybody tell me what equipment i need.

You need a circular LNB.

If you are looking at NSS-806 then you need a Wideband feedhorn, your lnb will work with the feed.
