Just decided to make the conversion from ViP receivers to a Hopper & Joey setup. Going with a HWS and two Joeys to cover the main TVs. My grandkids visit several times per year, and we have a family room set up for them with an older (but with HDMI input) big screen TV that I'd like to be able to connect to the Hopper when they are visiting. Can one of the hoppers on the main TVs be moved to the kids TV when they are here, or are the Joeys tied to a single TV?

Thanks for your help.

Or either go with a wireless Joey or make a conventional Joey wireless. Easy.

So, if I put an A-B switch on the coax between the Solo Node and the Joey, I should be able to move the Joey to the other TV and just switch the A-B switch to make it work, right?

Thanks for your replies.

if you add in a splitter on the client line(joey) you can make both lines "hot" and just move the joey back and forth.
