Can I get 2 DVR622's as a new customer

I'm asking this bcs this will make everything so easy. I need 4 rooms set up and instead of worrying 4 rooms with phone jacks and wiring I have to worry only two rooms, also I might keeping comcast internet service so if I do that I don't thing D* can use same wiring with comcast and with 2 DVR622 we don't have to juggle between rooms and phone jacks & wires.
If that is ok how much this will cost as of new customer. And monthly charges of course.

Basic answer is maybe. Depends on the CRS you get. I argued for at least a month to do just that.

In the end I got a 622, 211, 311 and didn't opt for the 18 month contract. I called up a month later and told them I wanted to trade the 211 and 311 in for a 622 and that weekend someone came an installed it. Go figure.
