Here is my deal. I lease a 811 an a 301 threw Dish and have the
AT 120 package and Voom.

Now i only have the one tv now and its HD. So i want to give back the 301 and keep the 5 bucks a month and also getting rid of Voom cause, well nothing on there to watch, so want to save another 5 bucks.

I started my 18 months on Oct. 1 2005.

So can my contract be changed to just have the 811 with AT120 an no voom and 301?

If you got the 301 as part of the 18 month lease commitment deal, you could be charged with an early lease termination fee. But as long as you meet your programming commitment, you'll probably be okay.

But no way to know without calling.

When I changed out one leased receiver early for another leased receiver, while meeting my programming commitment, they hit me with an extra $5/month charge.

I don't think so. The commitment only requires that he maintains At60 programming for the commitment, since he has 2 receives, he can save the $5 by sending 1 back and still be connected to dish to receive the programming
