Can my 6.4 UHF remote control an HDMI switch box? Are other remotes available?

I've purchased a small HDMI switch box that has an IR remote control to switch between the different HDMI inputs and I'd like to control it with my Dish 6.4 UHF remote control.

Is this possible?

If not, are other UHF remotes available that can do this? (or that can learn any IR signal)

Unfortunately I need to use UHF (for the Dish receiver) so I can't just buy any learning remote control.

Also, my receiver is a VIP 622.
