can not get 119..what about voom?

I can not get the 119 on my directv bc of obstruction. I noticed Voom is at a different location. Since I get the 101 and 110 on Directv would I get voom since I think it is at like 73??

Actually, it's at 61.5. Whether or not you can get it depends on what's between you and 61.5. That's much further to the east than 101.
