Can't find HBO special page

Hi, I just signed up for HBO. The upgrade promo says if you sign up for HBO or Showtime by 1/31/06 3 months from now you will receive a $25 debit card. I can't get to the page to print out the directions, address, etc. I called Dish last night to do the upgrade. Can someone help? Thanks all.

Thanks for the link. I knew about the $25, but couldn't find the page after I upgraded.

Heh, that's what they're hoping, that we'll upgrade and then forget about it or not be able to find the link. Sorta like rebate tricks, where they make it hard to get the proper paperwork to them in time, so we just blow it off.
