Can't Pull In 119 D* at times... receiver?

i have a samsung sir ts360 receiver. i can pull in satellites 100 and 101 with 90% signal on all transponders. i have a clear line of sight. i've had 2 differnet triple-lnb's installed, and still satellite 119 gets 85% signal for some parts of the day, and 0% for the majority of the day. I'm stating to think this is a problem with my receiver, but I'd HATE to buy a new one just to find out it's something with the mounting of the dish. ANyone have any thoughts on this -- is it hte receiver? Have I just had bad luck with both of my LNB's? Why can't I get 119 all the time? I would really like Discovery Channle to come in!

Do you have a friend with a phase 3 dish, ask if you can try your receiver on his dish.
Do you have more than 1 receiver if you do try it at the TS-360 location.

well, i only have 1 HD receiver, and honestly, I don't know anyone with a direcTV hd reciever ...

It won't matter if the receiver is HD or not. You can still monitor signal strength on a non-HD receiver, even though you wouldn't be able to view HD channels.
